1. Booking Method

All flight bookings are processed via phone calls through our travel agency. By confirming a booking on the call, the customer agrees to the airline's fare rules and our agency service terms.

2. Airline-Controlled Refunds

  • Flight tickets are governed by the airline's fare rules and policies.
  • Refund eligibility, amount, and timeline are decided by the airline, not by our agency.
  • Some fares may be non-refundable or may allow refunds only with penalties.

3. Agency Service Fees

  • Our service/consultation fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
  • These fees cover ticket issuance, fare research, airline coordination, and customer support.
  • Airline refunds, if approved, do not include agency service fees unless explicitly stated.

4. 24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation (When Applicable)

As per U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) rules, some tickets may qualify for a 24-hour free cancellation, if:

  • The ticket is booked at least 7 days before departure, and
  • The airline offers this option.

Eligibility depends entirely on the airline's policy.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team by phone or email.
  2. Provide booking details (Passenger name, airline, date of travel).
  3. We will submit the request to the airline on your behalf.

Processing Time

  • Airline processing may take 7–30 business days or longer.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment, subject to airline approval.

6. Partially Used Tickets

  • Tickets that are partially used may have limited or no refund value.
  • Any eligible refund is calculated by the airline after deducting applicable penalties and fees.

7. Schedule Changes & Cancellations by Airline

  • If an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight, refund eligibility is determined by the airline.
  • We will assist customers in requesting refunds or alternative options where available.

8. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to check in or board the flight may result in a no-show, which typically voids any refund.
  • No-show rules vary by airline and fare type.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Customers are encouraged to contact us first for resolution.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may delay refunds and can result in additional verification requirements.

10. Policy Acknowledgment

By confirming a booking via phone, the customer:

  • Acknowledges understanding of the airline's fare rules
  • Accepts our refund and service fee policy
  • Authorizes our agency to act on their behalf with airlines
